I had already got the main engine working, it was just the editor was broken.
(I used the amazing resource you linked, without it I think I might have openly wept)

PresentationParameters.DepthStencilFormat = somethingOrOther

I am a returning user from the XNA 2ish days. (I think).
I have gone through the lovely process of upgrading a terrain engine I made to XNA 4. It is now working. (although at a cost to my sanity)
However the editor, a win forms app using a control to render XNA, is still not working.

This silly other platform is missing a lot of nice XNA functions, so I just wandered if I could sense check something.
If I make a matrix by doing
TranslateRotate 1Rotate 2
Can I create the inverse by doing
-Rotate 2-Rotate 1-Translate

Following on from what craig wrote, if you have an effect setting for elapsed time, and then just multiply your u,v coords by the time.
(you may want to also multiply it by a constant to get it to move at a nice rate).
Projector games..... I have no idea if you where involved in this, but in the millenium dome I played a 50 player pong game.
It was absolutly brilliant!
Maybe one way for people to show support (if they wish to) would be to go and have a play, and rate it highly if they like it.
(maybe even buy it!)
