    An error has occurred during the transaction. Please try again later.

    I am getting this error when trying to redeem the token I got from PDC. I have looked on the forums and have not found anyone else who has gotten a resolution to a similar problem. I have tried several browsers, over a few weeks, and from a couple of computers but I still can't register. I have also tried the link at https://live.xbox.com/Flows/BeginFlow.ashx?workflow=XnaSubscriptionPurchase&Skin=Xna but that has not worked either. Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem?

    I don't see that we have any information on this problem internally.  I'm going to raise the red flag and report back any updates.

    Try using a different browser or a different credit card. Also you can try from a different computer and let us know if you get the same or different results.

    I'm having the same problem.

    I'm trying to update my account with an
    XBOX LIVE GOLD MEMBERSHIP 3 MONTH
    card and can't get it to work on my xbox
    360 console or on my computer.

    Please Login to http://live.xbox.com/accounts/ContactInformation.aspx with your Windows Live ID and complete the Contact Information in the Xbox profile. This must be completed. The fields cannot be left blank (except for those labeled optional).

    Please make sure that the profile is completely filled out here too:  https://users.create.msdn.com/Register

    Please try this and let me know the results.

    • Go to xbox.com
    • Sign in with Live ID
    • Accept the new TOU
    • Come back to App Hub
    • Apps will be visible now
