Haven't recieved final payment

    Haven't recieved final payment

    I haven't gotten my final payment yet.
    I've contacted creators@microsoft.com using the "PAYMENT PROBLEM" subject line and xblig@microsoft.com to no avail.
    Is there anyone I can contact?

    yeah same thing here. I also e-mailed them with no response. I was pretty sure they said November. It is now December. Don't worry you are not alone. As far as anyone else to contact. the e-mail is all that has ever been said to my knowledge.

    Strangely enough just got a reply today! Here's the reply for anyone else that runs into this problem.

    "Since the last day for sales was pushed out to October, we won’t make the final payout until February 15, 2018 (because payments are made 45 days after the end of each calendar quarter). If you reside outside of the US, you may want to send an updated and signed W-8 form to ensure that your account isn’t blocked."

    I just got that same e-mail as of this morning as well. At least that answers that question.
